The recertification audit, conducted by an internationally accredited certification body, covered the full lifecycle of product design, supply chain management, manufacturing, final inspection and after-sales service. The audit team commended Longlight Energy's incoming inspection, process traceability and instrument management practices, closing the audit without a single non-conformity report.

Upgraded Calibration Capabilities

The expanded laboratory doubles the previous floor space and adds reference-grade source meters, standard solar cells and high-precision shunts, with all key standards traceable to national metrology institutes. The laboratory now provides:

• Full-range voltage/current calibration for I-V curve tracers with an expanded uncertainty better than 0.05%;
• Spectral response calibration for irradiance sensors and reference cells;
• Safety parameter calibration for insulation resistance and ground bond testers;
• Bilingual Chinese-English calibration certificates that meet overseas audit requirements.

Every instrument shipped from Longlight Energy now carries a calibration certificate, and factory recalibration turnaround has been shortened from ten working days to five. For O&M customers sending instruments in batches, the company offers a green channel with advance replacement units to minimize field downtime.
